Lenbutik operates this website and sells the products offered at lenbutik.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Lenbutik. Our business and contact information appears at the end of this page.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Please read the sections on warranties and liability as well as the ordering and return terms. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Access and accounts
You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract where you live, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Products and information
Each product page describes the item offered for sale. Colors can look different across screens. Check the stated size, material, features and options before ordering, and contact us if a detail you need is missing. We may update product information or stop offering an item, but this does not let us substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected goods. The order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, the item is unavailable, information is incomplete, there is a clear pricing error or we reasonably suspect fraud. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cancel. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.
Prices and billing
Prices and checkout totals are in US dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free. Any taxes or other charges applicable to your order are shown before you complete checkout. Review that total and provide billing details that match your payment method. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion or payment fees.
Prices and promotions can change for future orders. Payment options are described on our Payment Options page; the methods available to you appear at checkout.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains the 0 to 2 business-day processing period, 6 to 8 business-day transit estimate, cutoff and tracking. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier or weather delays. We remain responsible for the order remedies required by law and do not exclude those rights because a carrier is involved.
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Packing or dispatch may prevent a routine cancellation. Delayed unshipped orders remain subject to the cancellation and refund rights in our Shipping Policy. Our relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts the store and provides the ecommerce platform. You purchase from Lenbutik, not from Shopify. Questions about products, delivery, cancellations and refunds should be directed to us.
Intellectual property
The website's original text, branding, layout and other protected content belong to Lenbutik or their respective rights holders. You may browse the site and keep copies for your personal shopping records. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where the law permits it.
External links and optional tools
Links or tools supplied by third parties are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Optional third-party tools are provided as available; we do not promise their continued availability or warrant their independent content. Review their terms before using them. This does not exclude our responsibilities for services used to fulfill your order.

Reviews and feedback
If you choose to submit a review or other public feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce that submission in connection with the relevant product and our store. You retain ownership. Only submit material you have the right to share, and do not include private information about another person. This permission does not allow us to change the meaning of a review, misrepresent a customer's experience or suppress an honest negative review.
Errors and corrections
If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain it and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We may correct other website information without notice. Corrections do not retroactively remove your rights under an accepted order.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site for unlawful transactions, fraud, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access or interference with the service. Do not upload malicious code or collect another person's information without permission. We may restrict access for a reasonable security or legal concern.
Website availability and warranties
The website and optional information tools are supplied on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be corrected immediately. These website limitations do not disclaim product warranties or consumer guarantees that apply to your purchase. Any written product warranty offered with an item remains effective on its stated terms.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This limitation does not exclude responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. It does not reduce your right to a refund, replacement or other remedy for goods that are not supplied as agreed.
Responsibility for unlawful use
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses and costs arising from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use of the site or infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct, or to your lawful exercise of consumer rights.
Ending access
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms or a security concern. Ending access does not cancel our obligations for paid orders, returns or refunds. Clauses that must continue to have effect, including intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions, survive the end of access where lawful.
General terms
If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue to apply. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it later. These terms and the policies they incorporate form the agreement for use of this site and orders, without overriding mandatory legal rights or specific promises made for your order.
You may not transfer your contractual obligations without our consent, except as allowed by law. We may transfer the business or these obligations only in a way that preserves your contractual and legal rights.
Applicable law
Applicable United States federal and state law governs these terms. You keep any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the site. We will update the date at the top and provide any notice required by law for a material change. The terms in effect when your order was placed continue to govern that order unless a legally required change applies.
