Return and Refund Policy

Returning an Item

Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging, any attached tags, and all accessories that came with the product.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would rather receive a replacement than a refund, please let us know before returning your item. Replacement requests depend on product availability at the time your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not charge restocking or additional processing fees for approved returns.

Once an order has entered the packing or shipping stage, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
